Katie Cook-Bretson recently finished her masters degree in 5-Element Acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine. This style of acupuncture is rooted in the classical teachings that strives to listen to the subtle uniqueness we all are – bolstering a stronger system so we can overcome illness with balanced health.

She has 11 years of massage experience and opened Enso in the spring of 2010, which has flourished thanks to wonderful clients.  Highlights of Katie’s bodywork training are Structural Integration workshops through Anatomy Trains, Pregnancy certification, Doula training, Thai massage, and several treatment workshops that emphasize distinctive healing techniques, sports massage, movement therapy and myofacial release. She combines her skills offering treatments of acupuncture and massage.

Lena Schiffer has been with Enso for over three years providing quality bodywork for our community. Lena graduated from Health Works Institute in 2014 and has since completed a pregnancy massage certification and several treatment focused myofacial release classes to expand her knowledge to continue offering more unique and specific treatments.

Lena offers treatment-focused massage that explores all aspects of one’s unique concerns. She has a degree in Exercise Science that gives her knowledge of the human body from both a micro and macro perspective. Former experience as a backpacking and rafting guide, and having an overall passion for the outdoors, provides additional understanding of the athletic body.

Shelby Whitmore has been practicing massage since 2008.
