Katie is heading to Acupuncture school
After 2 years of traveling back and forth, it’s time for Katie to spend a year in Florida for her year of clinicals in 5 element acupuncture. She is looking forward to a full year of immersion in classical 5-element acupuncture that seeks to understand the root of illness by looking at the unique spirit in all of us, questioning why our innate strength is not holding up to the challenges of life, and supporting us from our center of virtuous self. We look forward to the integration of this wonderful medicine at Enso in the spring of 2017!
Lena is pregnancy certified!
After a year of being with Enso Lena is fitting right in. She recently took a pregnancy massage class to help deepen her understanding of how to comfort and help expecting mothers. We look forward to continuing to offer more accommodating hours and services as each of us continue this life path of education, health and growth.
Intrinsic Muscles of the Pelvis
Just completed a fabulous structural integration workshop with a great KMI teacher Lauren Christman in Seattle understanding the foundations of the pelvis anatomy. I walked away with several new tools to use and ideas to practice.
A lovely quote that she shared and we all need to often remember, “If a client walks into your practice, they are mostly good” even though we often don’t feel it when something is hindering our movement and function. I look forward to seeing you and your sticky, overly-active, summer-time hips soon!
